ACCESSING THE PARKING GARAGE
Go to this address: 508 Brazos Street, Austin TX 78701. The parking garage is located 2 minutes walk away from The Provident!
Enter a credit card for your first entrance, you will not be charged as long as you use the parking pass provided to you after this initial entrance.
Please park in any “Unreserved Parking” spot.
Your parking pass will be waiting for you in your home for all following exits and entrances.
To use your parking pass, simply tap the pass on the parking kiosk and the gates will open for you!
On your final exit: Take the visitor’s exit on the far left. After using your pass to open the gate, pull up to the parking booth window and drop your parking pass inside the mailbox underneath the window. It will be marked “Lodgewell”.
Please do not give your parking pass to an attendant. All parking passes are to be returned to the Lodgewell mailbox. Lost parking passes can result in a fee of $100.
*If you have issues with your pass you need to call the parking garage and let them know you are a guest and your pass is not working. There is a call button on the parking meter. Their direct phone line is also 512-851-7032. We do not manage the parking garage and cannot assist you in the event of technical difficulties with your parking pass.
